Nominations open for BCLC’s 2010 Corporate Citizenship Awards

The U.S. Chamber’s Business Civic Leadership Center (BCLC) has opened the nomination period for the 2010 Corporate Citizenship Awards. The awards recognize businesses, trade associations, and chambers of commerce that have demonstrated outstanding corporate stewardship and ethical leadership and have made a positive difference in society.
The Corporate Citizenship Awards Program has four categories: Corporate Stewardship, U.S. Community Service, International Community Service, and Partnership. To be eligible, nominees must be members of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Companies, trade associations, and chambers may nominate themselves or be nominated by nonprofits or other third parties. Electronic submissions will be accepted until Wednesday, June 30 at 5 p.m. Finalists will be publicly announced on September 15. Winners will be revealed at the 11th Annual Corporate Citizenship Awards Dinner on November 30 in Washington, D.C.
