I am interested in knowing more about CIGNA's "Days of Caring" and how they addressed employee reimbursement for mileage to and from the volunteer site. I'm also curious what percentage of their employee population particiates in "Days of Caring" and how do they verify that the employee did in fact volunteer for the day and didn't just take the day off.
