Thanks Tim. The article about Gen. Y by Nadira Hira truly reveals a lot about the characteristic features of Gen. Y. This reminds me of the book “Employees First, Customers Second”, by Vineet Nayar, the CEO of HCLT. He has likewise highlighted the unique nature of Gen Y people by referring to them as the ‘value zone’ of an organization, and how by accommodating these ‘transformers’, an organization can achieve greater success and profitability.
