You are helping build a sustainable future, but are you internationally recognized for your work? Consider this your invitation to be considered for selection as the 2009 Globe Award Laureate in Sustainable Innovation!
The Globe Award is an international honor that recognizes accomplishment and encourages continuing advancement in the area of sustainability. The objective of the award is to foster sustainable initiatives, inspiring humanity to take responsibility for the future.
The Globe Award is sponsored by the Globe Forum. The award is presented in four categories:
- Sustainability Innovation Award
- Sustainable City Award
- Sustainability Research Award
- Sustainability Reporting Award
All cities, corporations, organizations, individuals and academics interested in being nominated can apply for the award through the Globe Award website.
Globe Award Laureates will be recognized at the international Globe Award Ceremony held in Stockholm on the 3rd of June 2009 where H.R.H. Crown Princess Victoria will present the awards. Following the ceremony, Laureates will be honored guests at Globe Forum 2009.

For the last four years Center member CA, Inc. has sponsored CA Together in Action (CTA), a month-long program to support non-profit organizations around the world. Launched in 2006 as a two-week event, the program expanded to a month to allow as many employees as possible to participate.
